Over the past 60 years, Operation Eyesight Universal has been transforming lives by bringing eye health care to people that need it most. Based in Canada, with charitable registration in the United States, our mission is to prevent blindness and restore sight.
We have programs and projects in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia and Zambia, and are expanding to more countries globally.
We partner with communities, hospitals, governments and others to provide health education and eye health screening, establish local eye health hubs and strengthen hospitals. By building on the unique strengths of communities, we ensure our impact is sustainable.
