Donate via e-Transfer

How to send us a donation through e-Transfer:

  1. Log in to your online banking account.
  1. Select the account to transfer from and specify your donation amount in CAD.
  1. Add Operation Eyesight as a new recipient by providing the following details:

Recipient Details

Recipient Name: Operation Eyesight Canada
Email address: e-transfer@operationeyesight.com

  1. *IMPORTANT* – In the message field, include the following details to receive a charitable tax receipt:

Important! – Required for Tax Receipt

Full Name: (First and Last)
Full Mailing Address: (Street, City, Province, Postal Code)
Email Address: (Your email)
Phone Number: (Best number to reach you)

If complete contact details are not provided within the message option of the e-transfer,
Operation Eyesight will be unable to issue you a charitable donation tax receipt.

  1. Review your information and send the e-transfer.
