Director, Finance
Victor Vicente is a University of Calgary graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA, CA, CGA). He began his career with Ernst & Young in assurance and advisory and has since built extensive leadership experience in financial management across both public and private sectors.
At Operation Eyesight, Victor oversees the global finance, accounting, audit, risk management and regulatory compliance functions, partnering with the leadership team to ensure financial integrity, transparency and stewardship across all programs worldwide.
Victor is passionate about using his expertise to strengthen purpose-driven organizations and is excited to contribute to the mission of preventing blindness and restoring sight for those in need. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, who share his commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
