Subhadip brings nearly 23 years of professional experience, including 18 years in the development sector with reputed organizations giving him well-rounded and holistic exposure. He has held diverse responsibilities across business sustainability, brand development, fundraising, partnership, donor stewardship, program outreach, engagements and advocacy.
He currently serves as the Head of Resource Mobilization, a role he deeply values for its unique blend of strategic thinking, empathy and the opportunity to connect two ends of the societal spectrum: the haves and the have-nots.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Economics from Calcutta University, in addition to many certifications. He believes in continuous learning as a means to stay informed, relevant and ahead of the curve.
He values a healthy lifestyle and deeply cherishes quality time with his family – treasuring his son’s growing-up years, his parents’ graceful aging and the simple joy of long drives.
