Erin Bickell

Senior Manager, Institutional Funding & Program Impact

Erin has more than a decade of experience in international program management, proposal development, and monitoring and evaluation. She has worked across Canada, Africa, Asia and Latin America with organizations such as the University of Calgary, World University Service of Canada (WUSC), CODE and Action Against Hunger.   

Her experience has spanned the development and implementation of large-scale Global Affairs Canada-funded projects, cross-regional monitoring, evaluating and learning systems development, as well as multi-stakeholder partnerships.  

Erin has a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Calgary and holds a postgraduate certificate in International Project Management from Humber College; she is a certified Project Management Professional and is Prosci change-management certified.  

Erin is excited to leverage her experience to support the team in successful funding opportunities. She also looks forward to working with teams on monitoring and evaluation systems to demonstrate the impact Operation Eyesight has been generating for decades.  

In her spare time Erin spoils her fur baby rotten and loves reading, painting and kick boxing.
