Manager – Finance + Admin
Chedubavi Sreenivasulu brings over two and a half decades of experience in NGO accounting, having led teams in managing both accounts and administrative divisions. He currently heads the Finance and Accounts Department for our South Asia region, where he oversees financial operations and grant management, including government grants, foreign contributions and corporate social responsibility (CSR) funds.
In this role, he provides financial guidance to the partners and staff in accordance with local government regulations and donor requirements. He also monitors partner accounts, analyzes financial data, prepares reports and statements in compliance with relevant laws, and manages annual audits. In addition to his financial responsibilities, he has gained significant experience in managing HR and administrative functions over the years.
Before joining Operation Eyesight, Chedubavi held several key roles including head of finance for South Asia at SaciWATERs, senior programme officer – finance at Centre for World Solidarity, accounts manager at SARDS, and internal auditor at Rural Development Trust. Chedubavi’s academic qualifications include an Executive MBA in financial management, a master’s degree in commerce, and diplomas in NGO governance and NGO accounting.
