Bill Monks, Director, Information Technology & Admin
Bill brings over 15 years of experience in IT leadership, cybersecurity and digital transformation. He has successfully led IT operations across diverse industries, managed cybersecurity programs aligned with several security frameworks and overseen major digital transformation initiatives such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) migrations, cloud transitions and SharePoint governance.
In addition, Bill has implemented IT governance and risk management policies to help organizations scale securely and effectively. Beyond his technical expertise, Bill is a collaborative leader who values teamwork, continuous improvement and creating a supportive tech culture.
When he’s not cooking, fixing or exploring you might find him at the football field, where he serves as President of the Calgary Bantam Football Association, helping guide young athletes on and off the field. Travel, music and great conversations are his favourite ways to recharge, though he’s equally content just relaxing at home with his family, dogs, a good playlist and something sizzling on the stove.
