Technical Coordinator Optometry
Ashwini Nethikar brings over 13 years of experience in clinical optometry, training and eye health coordination. She has previously worked with national and international organizations such as Lenskart and Vision Express. Her diverse experience makes her well-positioned to strengthen optometry services and training programs across India.
Ashwini holds a master’s degree in clinical optometry from Amity University and a bachelor’s degree from Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives to improve the quality of eye care services, developed training content, and mentored optometrists and field workers across the country.
Passionate about community eye health and education, Ashwini continues to build strong networks that support accessible, high-quality vision care. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new ways to promote healthy living.
