Aditya Sharma

Programme Manager 

Aditya Sharma is a public health and development professional with over five years of experience leading large-scale, CSR-supported health initiatives in collaboration with NGOs, corporate donors, and government health departments. He currently serves as a Programme Manager at Operation Eyesight Universal, where he oversees Vision Centre-based eye health projects across multiple Indian states. Additionally, he serves as the State Consultant to the National Programme for Control of Blindness & Visual Impairment (NPCB&VI) in Madhya Pradesh, supporting strategic planning, stakeholder coordination and statewide program implementation. 

Aditya holds a master’s degree in public policy and public administration and a bachelor’s degree in science. He is particularly passionate about leveraging technology to drive social impact and improve public service delivery. His areas of expertise include program design, impact measurement, behaviour-change communication, and government consulting. He has contributed to public health research, presented award-winning papers, and actively develops visual impact narratives using data, video and community storytelling. 

Outside of work, Aditya is deeply interested in design, photography, and poetry. He believes in sustainable, community-led development and frequently travels to the field to stay grounded in the lived realities of the people his programs serve.
