Khushboo Jha is an international business and fintech (financial technology) leader with more than 15 years of experience across North America, Europe and Asia. She has held leadership roles at Amazon, Deutsche Bank and Accenture.
A builder at heart, Khushboo went on to found and lead two fintech companies as CEO. In 2019, she founded BuyProperly, an award-winning AI-powered platform for investing in alternative assets such as real estate in Canada and the United States. In January 2025, she launched Asha.ai, a technology platform that supports investors.
Widely recognized as a global leader, Khushboo was named one of the Women of the Year by Bay Street Bull in 2021 and by DMZ in 2022, and she received the Young Achiever Award from IIT Alumni Canada in 2023. Under her expertise, BuyProperly was named a 2022 Top 10 women-founded global fintech company by UBS (a multinational bank and investment firm based in Switzerland) and has been featured on several prestigious Top 100 lists – spanning fintech, marketplace startups and proptech (property technology) companies.
Khushboo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Engineering and Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur.
Khushboo joined the Operation Eyesight Canada Board of Directors in June 2025. With wide-ranging international experience that includes growth, capital raising and leadership of high-performance teams and companies, she brings much valued experience as a board director. Located in Toronto, Khushboo is passionate about engaging with the Indian diaspora community to drive awareness and support of Operation Eyesight.
