Recently transitioning out from corporate employment, Roberto is focusing his work on social impact, sustainability and development through non-executive directorships, career mentoring, and carefully selected HR collaborations.
An Italian and USA passport holder, Roberto earned an MSc in Nuclear Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino and an MBA from INSEAD, and had hands-on work experience in a number of geographies, particularly Europe and Asia. This gave him unique international perspective backed up with strong leadership and governance skills and specific expertise in organizational design and culture; talent management; change and transformation.
Married and with a grown-up daughter, Roberto loves exploring different cultures; playing tennis, skiing and scuba diving; and immersing in nature with his family and their two dogs.
